Sorry for the delay in responding - I'm still catching up from being sick.

No known problems exist with any of the versions of Windows 2000 we're using here. When you get a crash, where is the crash occuring? Look at the error log that's generated to see what's happening. If you run Microsoft's Dr. Watson utility (drwatson.exe) prior to the crash, you can get a full report of what was going on at the time.
