In Flash 4 I reset ONE SOUND "BOING" to 22kHz Convert to Mono 4 bit.
in the Library.
With Override on, it is exported with the Export settings at 5 kHz, with
Override Off it is exported as 11khz [1/2 of Stereo size] Mono 4 bit.,
but not as MP3.
SO, if you want MP3 Sounds IT APPEARS THAT YOU MUST select MP3 in the
library of each file since it will not default to that! That means that
every export I've done so far may be needlessly larger than I thought!
