FLASH: Set Property & tweening

I tried to do a set property from an initial occurrance of an instance

and tween that on the timeline to a defined position and can't get it to work.


Is this possible?


In detail: a mc loops on a motion path. On "Frame loaded" this motion

stops and I want to replace it with a new mc whose first coordinates are

the last ones of the looping mc (this part works). But then I want to

have it moved by motion tween to the center of the screen (this part doesn't).
