> - Solid understanding of adult-learning theory, including multimedia

> - Flexible and detail oriented.
> - Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, team environment.
> - BS/BA in English, Education, or Computer Science (or related field).
> - Strong portfolio that represents instructional design experience.
> - Strong working knowledge of browsers, the Internet, and web sites in
> general.
> - Experience with some combination of the following tools/languages:
> - RoboHelp
> - Macromedia Dreamweaver, Authorware Attain, Flash 4, Fireworks,
> Director
> - Adobe PhotoShop 5.0
> - Allaire Homesite 4.0
> - HTML, JavaScript
> - ASP

> Preffered skills/attributes:
> - Masters in Instructional Design/Technology
> - Information Mapping
> - 3-5 years of experience in multimedia instructional design (or
> equivalent)
