FLASH: stars..

Hello,

Does anyone have a suggestion on...

making stars twinkle in the background of a movie.

I put some in a movie some time ago,but was not

thrilled with the out come. I noticed a lot of people

using the effect in Holiday cards and they looked great!

Is there a tutorial?
