Or you could just drop the mpg onto QuickTime
Pro,
file:export:image sequence, choose options to set
the compression typ (PNG, JPEG, Gif, Etc.), frame
rate, even image size. It makes numbered
sequence, so you can just import them into flash
in sequence.
