Online ordering seems to be the way to go...I ordered mine from B&N over the

weekend and got it priority mail on Tues.  I'm sure even international

shipping is faster than waiting for the bookstores.   The American

bookstores seem to have a long backorder as well.


I've read through the first 4 chapters (all tools info) and I've peeked

ahead to some content and I'm pretty anxious to rip in.
