FLASH: All this talk about books....

I am trying to decide on a couple of good books for me and my cohorts to use

for Flash help.

We need a beginners book-there seem to be many, and a good one for more

advanced developers

giving some design tips and tricks as well as give good actionscript advice.

Checked amazon, but

no good reviews for advanced books.

Any suggestions?
