Well the guy that did the page said he used a decorative font and not
Industria =0)... anyways... it's only two buttons so I'm just going to redo
them and kern/scale them up...

It appears that the font used in your page was kerned in tight and
scaled vertically. The reason the "s" in progress doesn't look like
Industra from the get go is because it is scaled vertically. I'd be
willing to bet my baloney/salami sandwich that this is Industra Solid
A.
