Thanks for your time...It is actually for the web....I basically set all the

giffs in their own swf. files and loaded them when needed into the

target...it's the only solution I could come up with..

If it's a presentation you may not have to worry, if it's not going to be

displayed on the web but on a projector screen then file size isn't too much

of a problem - the hardware should be able to deal with...if it's on the web

then you're in trouble.
