I have had the same problem with QT4 and flash and dual monitors. Actually
QT4 crashes my computer without flash running. I've emailed Apple QT, but
they've never really responded. I guess since its a free download, i can't
expect much tech support.

I think the problem comes from QT though, since when I uninstalled it,
things are okay. Curretnly I'm running QT3, but I have problems watching
some of the latest Movie trailers online, but i guess since that's not work
related, I cant complain too much.

Hi Flashers,

Is anybody experiencing this problem and know a work around?

I am running Win98 with a dual monitor setup anyway when I installed QT4
then I tried to launch Flash4 while having both monitors enabled Flash4
crashed my machine. If I disable one monitor then launch Flash4.. it starts
fine and then I re-enabled my second monitor without any problems. If I
uninstall QT4 the problem is totally removed however I also work with QT4
intensively so I need both to be running.

........ I think I want a mac ; )
