Same method as sending them from a Flash perspective. On the ASP script,
you'll have a response.write line where you write a hex-encoded URL string
that will identify the key-pair values. The names of the variables in the
querystring you write should correspond to the names of the variables you
want to set. That's it.

Very confusing for me to as there was almost *NO* documentation on this ...
but that was what I got once I figured it out. Take a look at the FlashChat
sample that comes with Flash4 too. It will show you an example.

Hi,

I've finally made a flash form that passes variables to an asp file..
like a login form etc.

Now.. i have to try the reverse..

I have to create a form in flash that requires to get certain variables
returned from an asp script and the balance text fields need to be
filled out by the browser. The variables that are returned by the asp
are "locked" fields.. and what needs to be filled in by the browser are
editable text fileds.

how do i achieve that?? can anyone please shed light on this please.
