Thanks for the response to my question but that isn't what I was asking.
Let me rephrase my question again for clarifications sake then. Did Mr.
Emberton and his group own the domain name originally or was the domain name
owned by the current holders who just renewed it? In other words, did David
and his group allow the domain name registration to lapse and someone else
then registered it...or did someone else somehow steal the registered domain
name from them?

Hopefully, I did a better job of stating my question this time.

in a nut shell the people who just registered flashzone.com hacked the
flashzone.org server... stole the content and posted it on their own URL....
