Re: FLASH: Contracts/book

There is a book, long in use in the Graphic Design field called 

"Business and Legal Forms for Graphic Designers" by Tad Crawford and Eva

Doman Bruck. There is also a similar book for architects.


Although this book (at least the last edition I saw) doesn't address the

needs of multimedia professionals specifically, it does have contracts which

would be suitable with a little tailoring.


The book is listed at Amazon and can often be found at non-hobby art supply

stores (ie, art supply stores which have professional supplies for

photographers, designers, etc)


why reinvent the wheel?
