You can stop a Flash Movie from replaying a loading sequence when it is
run again (after it has loaded completely).

Use an If Frame is Loaaded rountine (no Loop).
In Frame 1:
If Frame is Loaded Label: End
Go to and Play Label:Replay
End If

Label the last frame of the movie as End.
Label the Frame to play if movie is replayed as Replay.

Note this won't work if you Park this movie first since it will never
play the Loading sequence if it is preloaded.
