that's kindof a decision you'll have to make once you look at the options. the
options are:
1) use aftershock
2) use scripting
3) use a hidden flash movie w/ a meta refresh tag

options 2&3 are documented at:
http://colinmoock.iceinc.com/webdesign/flash/

note that aftershock detection needs some fixing if you want it to work on
win98 see this for details:
http://www.builder.com/Graphics/FlashTips/ss13.html

option 2 is a bit of a pain and doesn't work as well as you'd want it to on
some browsers
