Subject: FLASH: How do I ...
From: CWSTEVNS

Hey everyone, my web-site is fully flash4 built. I have 5 main pages - all
seperate flash .swf's. My main page (index.html + index.swf) has 4 buttons
that take you (in the same browser window-using load movie in level 0 ) to
the other areas. In the other areas I have a button to take you back to the
home page. Here is my problem: my home page has a first frame, with stop
action, with text that explains that the viewer needs the flash4 plug-in, and
a link to take them there; and another button, that takes them in to frame 30
of the home page if they know they have the flash4 plug-in (this is where all
the graphics,sound etc is)

I can't seem to figure out how to get the home page to go to frame 30 from
the buttons on other pages. I have a seperate folder on my remote server that
holds all the files on the web-site, no nested folders. The action that I
have on the return buttons is: on release, load
"http://www.blah.com/blah/index.swf,goto frame 30. What happens is- it goes
to the beginning of index.swf, and the viewer has to again hit the enter
button.

This seems so easy. Is it a tell target function? Thanks for any help!
