FLASH: HTML Window in Flash Chat Application?

I have a new client that is interested in building a "group surfing" 

application in Flash.  The idea is basically the same as a chat room with the 

addition of an integrated group surf window which can be controlled by any 

members of the chat.  This windows allows them to point to html pages for 

everyone's viewing and consideration.


1) Can it be done?  Integrating html on the fly into a Flash browser?

2) I know we don't have the skills to do it, who out there does?  Interested?
