With QT Pro, open the movie, go to Edit:Extract Tracks. This will show
a window with your video and audio (and other if applicable). Now you
can click the audio track, extract it. This will open the track in a
new QT window. Then choose File:Export, Sound to AIFF or WAV, save the
exported sound file, and open in your audio editor.
