FLASH: Load Movie

I'm having real troubles with my site.  Is it possible to pre-load movies 

and if so how do you do it?


Also, doesn’t using load movie actually increase the download time because 

you have to load all the symbols in the loaded movie again even though they 

exist in the main movie?
