FLASH: setting a variable

[Interpaul]

I've set a value to a variable in the frame properties like this:


Set Variable "/:test" = "yes"


My script does NOT see the variable, when I do the same with a button:


On [press]

  Set Variable "/:test" = "yes"

End On


Now it does work. Why is the first setvar not working?
