Subject: FLASH: checkbox question

I have a movieclip called checkbox.

In this movieclip, I have 2 frames. ON and OFF

Frame 1 has a graphic with BUTTON behaviour
In the properties of frame 1 I've set the variabele var1 to yes and used
stop to stop the frame
When the button is clicked you go to the next frame (play)

Frame 2 has a graphic with BUTTON behaviour
In the properties of frame 2 I've set the variabele var1 to no and used stop
to stop the frame
When the button is clicked you go to the first frame (play)

When I publish this movie there are NO variables set! (view variables in the
publish screen) It also doesn't work when I connect it to my script.
