any plans for Flash 5 to incorporate Guides?  I can't tell you how many

times I've clicked and dragged from the ruler only to be reminded that Flash

doesn't work like Fireworks (or most other image editing apps).


Another wish would be to save window settings (similar to some digital audio

apps like Cubase, Logic Audio, etc.) as "consoles".  I'm using a 21" monitor

@ 1600 x 1200 and never have enough room for all the "basic" windows.  When

I finally get the windows organized the way I like to work, I wind up having

to do it all over again when I restart Flash. Flash likes to open with 2-3

layers visible and a huge stage.  Since most of us are using lots of layers,

it would be nice to save a default window setting to show, say, 12 layers.

When I increase my layers window size Flash doesn't automatically center the

movie on the reduced stage window - i have to then scroll the stage window

to do that.  Sounds like nitpicking but I find myself doing this every time

I open Flash.  Given that most of us are working under ridiculous deadlines,

that time could be invaluable.
