working between scenes...

how can i set up a movie to run only once when i export it to the web. i 

have a movie that ocnsists of one scen and i want it to stay static in 

its final position until prompted by a user action (clicking on a 

button). but it just keeps looping. do i have to replace the movie with a 

static page at in the last frame?.....
