I noticed that I get red squares like this when the images are .psd or
another format that Flash does not recognize. Try playing around with the
format of the image and see if that fixes your problem.

When exporting a Movie quit often imported photos appear like red
squares in the .swf file. I thought it would only happen whenever the
system is low on memory. but now it also happens when the system is not.

Can anybody help me, i'm quit desparate.
