These are in line with my ideas for a Professional Flash Developers
Group.

We will have a sign-up form on the FlashCentral early next week.
Anyone who is an active Flash Designer for hire can sign up.
The Database will be searchable onLine.
Though the group will vote on particulars, I don't believe there is any
competency test that would be of any value except a Web site that has
correctly opererating Flash on it.

Membership will be free, dues could be voted on in the future but I
don't foresee that anytime soon.
Only members can be included in the text database (they of course can
chose not to be included).
The Professional Flash Developers Group text Database will be included
in an upcoming book on Flash.
All members will have equal votes.
