All myatmyaddress [dot] com (mailto:myatmyaddress [dot] com) will do is inspire the e-mail client the site
viewer has such as outlook or netscape mail. Some e-mail clients don't
respond to that though and having it auto prompt for the info you want can't
happen that way. Your best bet is to see if your server has a form mail cgi
included with your hosting service (most do) and use that.

and how do i get variables to come with the email can
