Once one of the Flash gurus said (on this list) that under windows you can't
get more frame / sec then 18, due to the Op. system. If you check the fps in
the authoring enviroment, you'll see a max. of 18.x, even if you set the
movie's speed to 100 and the screen is simply blank in all of your frames.
I use 18, and keep in mind that maybe speed'll drop on less powerful
machines, plus test sometimes on p200 / 32.

Higher fps could be good, when you want *very* qiuck response time for on
idle events, like rollovers - but I'm not sure, in Dir it works.
