Dr. Butler;

The following line, placed in the HEAD section of your splash page, will
automatically re-direct your visitors to the page of your choice. The 19 is
seconds, and the URL is the page of your choice. Watch the syntax
carefully! What you see below is correct, and has worked on every
browser/platform (except Lynx) I have tried.
