they've got the fla up for grabs there. Basically just calculate the x/y
position of the mouse (using a dragging movie clip) and then add a
calculation that will scale the closer the mouse gets to the object.

If you grab one of the scrolling menu tutorials and break it apart, you can
do the same thing fairly easily.

Okay, well it makes sense in my head. If I could ever get the ever growing
list of things whittled down, I may actually accomplish some tutorials.
