Just to add my four penneth -my favourite trick is to use aftershock to
export an animation into a gif and then run it through ulead's gif animator
for tweaking and optimising. Gif animator has a few quirks on the interface
but really is excellent for making tiny gifs. I guess fireworks can do the
job too but havent investigated it yet.
