yeah i say go for it

weve got to start the revolution some time
there is alot of extra work involved in it

especially if the site is old and hasnt been designed to intergrat flash

such as adding flash detectors so it will default to a animated gif version
and re-writing some of thee tables etc in the html to hold the flash
properly across the browsers

the advantages are huge but
as you can have multiple layers happening in the banner
behind the front pic etc

and use it like a mini tv for comics or a small web page in itself
plus printing from it as well now

good luck trying to educate the client but we have to start somewhere
