FLASH:help with counting frames

Hi!

I have 20 MC  each on one different frame in my movie., Now., I want each of

them(mc) play his movie , then pause for sertain amount of time (or frames)

and then, go and start to play next MC. And I don't know if this is a good

idea to use timer here.

Please advice
