RE: FLASH: Dilemma

I forgot to mention that my friend got strong-armed into accepting the project on GE's 

terms... not his normal contract.  His contract is very similar to mine... they insisted on $0 up 

front and full payment net 60.  It's entirely probable that this was simply an example of a 

manager acting independently of the organization.  I'm not bashing GE Capital.  They have 

much bigger lawyers than I do!!
