As Benny noted, the SWF 3.0 file format has been used by many over the past
two years, but the SWF 4.0 file format with advanced interactivity and
streaming MP3 was only published recently.

LiveMotion does use the MP3 audio compression, but the interactivity is
similar to what was in Flash 2.
