In the main timeline, if you have loaded an external
.swf on the _level1

Step No. 2
Try this AS on an event which will fire the frame(no)
or the frame("label")

on (yourEvent) {
tellTarget ("_level1") {
gotoAndStop (frame no or your frame label);
}
}
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
