Hi Dustin,
I've been getting the same message with one of my flas, which uses an
unusual font. In practice, it doesn't seem to cause any problems -
everything seems to publish OK. As long as your fonts don't appear
aliased/jagged, it seems that they will publish normally, with
anti-aliasing.
