  I don't think so. Are you using the Beta or Release version? I have

this problem with the Beta but haven't analyzed it as much as you. I

just know sometimes the target name is there and sometimes it's not. I'm

upgrading to the release version tomorrow. Maybe, it's fixed there. It

is fustrating to find the name there sometime and not others. It makes

using complicated more descriptive names less easy.
