FLASH: What's with the SPAM

I am so happy to see there is a Pro CD on the market but jeeze has anyone noticed how spam seems to be creeping into this list? If I were to take these jerks up on their recent offers I would be rich beyond my wildest dreams and contentdly spinning my Pro CD's. What's going on here?
