It all depends on what you want that text to do Sharon... :)

If it is a sequence i.e. an animation - yes - you can import all the frames
into Flash3 as individual images (I found that *.bmp or *.png are the better
formats for both size and quality issues). Once you imported these images
you will have to align them exactly (each in it's own frame to ensure you do
not have any jumps in the animation) - to make the alignment easier - make
sure that the images are all exactly the same size ... then once imported,
make symbols of them (F8 - create symbol) - this way you have a middle point
to work from :)

BUT... once again!! - it is conflict between "nice effects" and "downloading
time". Try to keep your images both small and to a limited number of
images... remember that many countries do not have good bandwidth or phone
infrastructures and that downloading an image can take considerable time...

If you really want to do this make sure that you have a good and "well
planned" loader that actually stops the animation from playing till it is
fully loaded... (see the "If frame is loaded" frame action) This loader
should also without taking a lot of bandwidth - keep the recipient's
interest... I have been to a lot of flash sites that does not have such
loaders ... it generally looks amature if the movie drags in frame by
frame... cause the designer used big images. :))

Kind Regards
DJT

Can you create the perspective text in segments in Photoshop - then import
into flash as objects that scroll and fade?
