Who is the best CD business card manufacturer (in terms of (a) turnaround
speed, (b) price, and (c) quality) in the US?

They aren't the 'cheapest' in Holland, but they do have the best quality
available.
Lately I've been talking to someone of them. You pay more for their
'glass-master' but they do have competitive prices for the actual
cd-creating.
We're probably going to make use of their services if the client agrees with
it.
