FLASH: is it loadmovie or get url?

hello


I  have some 8 different swf files having interactive links eachother were

all the files located in a same folder .( its a interactive presentation)

so my question is if  i want to link the current file with another

file(xyz.swf) should i use the action"load movie" or "get url" like example

given below, please  let me know early if u can..

 'On (Release)

 Get URL ("xyz.swf", window="_self")

End On'


 or


 On (Release)

      Load Movie ("xyz.swf", "")

End On


 tell me which is the right action to link the external swf file.
