I'd agree with Jeff on the colour scheme but another concern you may have is
the download time. It took just under a minute to finish loading on my
browser and my connection is via a 56Kbps leased line.

It looks good. But, I would use a darker shade of green. It's hard to read
with such a light contrast ratio.
