Frames above 4 in a button are only available if the button's behaviour
changed from normal button behaviour.
To get an animated button in Flash 2 you have to use the invisible
button trick and uncover a constantly changing animation that lies below
the button.
With Flash 3 you have many and better options with Movie clips and Tell
Target.
