FLASH: [OT] .exe window question

I am using Flash for a CD-ROM project and the main executable is using an

FSCommand to launch another executable in a new window. My question is

whether anyone can tell me how to get rid of the "file, edit, control, help"

menu bar and change the name of the window from Flash to something else.
