FLASH: OT: Getting rid of Explorer link boxes

Hi all,

I think I remember that this subject has been approached before.

Can anyone remind me of the best solution to get rid of the residue blue

border around an image when it is a link in Explorer.

I know you can turn it off for yourself in the prefs, but how can you make

this default?
