Make the changes to the body as Timm suggests, but also set the scale
attribute to exactfit in the HTML body

e.g.

<PARAM NAME=scale VALUE=exactfit>

Hope this helps. The only problem with this comes from having odd shaped
browser windows. This will stretch your flash file into funny shapes, try it
and see. If this is unsatisfactory replace exactfit with noborder.
