there is a way to do what you are asking... you can
find out how to do this exactly online at
www.macromedia.com

I wouldn't recommend it though there have been some
complications in loading the movie to the proper
location.

I would suggest making all the movies the same size.
the objects in the movie that was smaller need not
fill the movie's bounds. Everything will remain
transparent.
