Yes but I think what slows it down even more is that full screen tween to
white. I love doing that all the time but it kills the processor. I once
made a really nice static background with many duplicated alphs symbols. It
completely ate up the processor on the Mac, so I exported it as a jpg,
optimized it in Photoshop and imported it back as a bitmap. Things went
along real well after that and it didn't hurt the file size too much either.
