FLASH: pop up or pop down

There is a hyperlink on the Url:

named "the significance of this test"  which produces a pop up.  I have

downloaded a eval of Flash 4 but I need to use this code before I take a

month hiatus to study Flash 4. I have not been able to get it by viewing

source.

I need to get a site up within a week.
